Your information may be disclosed to other members of the Australian Casino Association and credit reference agencies for the purposes of carrying out credit checks, if you have applied for credit. We only disclose information to members of the Australian Casino Association who are bound by the Code.
We are committed to providing a secure environment for all visitors to our casinos. With this in mind the Casino is under constant video surveillance. Details of suspected illegal and undesirable activities on our premises are shared with other members of the Australian Casino Association, law enforcement bodies and regulatory bodies such as the NT Racing and Gaming Authority.
